They see everything that's going on in the hotel and decide to write a show about it. They invite everybody to come to Hollywood to be consultants on the show and they hire actors to play everybody. The song I used is the Fortune and Fame by KGB because Zack, Cody, Carey, MAddie and MR Moseby think they'll get fortune and fame from this show. London already has both.
